- Each PDF page you process uses one page credit. Credits from monthly plans don't roll over, but purchased credit packs are valid for 1 year from purchase date.
- What happens if I run out of credits?
- You can purchase additional page packs anytime, or upgrade to a higher plan. We'll notify you when your credits are running low.
- Can I change plans anytime?
- Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
- Do you offer refunds?
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. For credit packs, unused credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
