Simple terms for a simple service

The Basics

SheetOps ("we", "our") provides a PDF table extraction service ("Service") to you ("Customer") subject to these terms. By using SheetOps, you agree to these terms.

What We Do

We convert tables from PDF documents into Excel spreadsheets. That's it. We process your files, extract the tables, and give you back Excel files. Your documents are temporarily stored during processing and automatically deleted shortly after completion.

Your Responsibilities

Legal Right: You must have the right to upload and process any documents you submit
Accurate Information: Provide accurate account and payment information
Acceptable Use: Don't use our service for illegal purposes or to process illegal content
Security: Keep your account credentials secure

Payments & Refunds

Page Credits: Purchased credits are valid for one year from purchase date. Unused credits expire and cannot be refunded.

Subscriptions: Billed monthly in advance. Cancel anytime - you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Credit packs can be refunded within 7 days if unused.

Service Limits

• Processing time: Usually under 30 seconds
• API rate limits apply to prevent abuse
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your documents and data. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your documents solely for the purpose of providing the service. We claim no ownership over your content.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee perfect extraction of all table data. Complex layouts, scanned documents, or poor quality PDFs may affect results.

We are not responsible for how you use the extracted data. Always verify important information before making business decisions.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will end
• Unused credits are non-refundable
• We'll delete your data per our privacy policy

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Colorado law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Colorado, except where prohibited by law.
